Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Iowa/Nebraska or Central IL. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, using Salesforce CRM, and promoting and selling steam and fluid control products and systems. The role includes conducting site visits, assessing customer needs, preparing and delivering presentations/training, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
Qualifications
- Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
- Technical Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Presentation skills
- Relevant sales experience in a technical field
- Ability to work on-site and interact directly with customers
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
