As the Application Administrator at Corda Credit Union, you will oversee the daily administration, configuration, and optimization of our core banking application and related systems. This role is essential to ensuring our technology supports the needs of our members while reflecting our commitment to member-centricity and excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, drive process efficiencies, and resolve issues-directly contributing to a seamless and reliable banking experience. Your expertise in application optimization and core system configuration will strengthen operational efficiency and uphold the integrity of our services, making a meaningful impact on our Cedar Rapids community.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and a willingness to dig into how applications and integrations workUnderstanding application features, workflows, and underlying processesStrong documentation skills to record system processes, updates, and changesAbility to serve as a bridge between business units-actively engaging in tasks and projects to identify opportunities for process improvementsExperience implementing new or updated system parametersExperience working closely with vendors to maintain and update applications/technologyDesigning, developing, and maintaining operational and management reports using Structured Query Language (SQL)
