Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
  • Collect and document customer feedback to help improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including typing, transcription, and updating customer information in various systems.
  • Organize and file customer documents systematically to support efficient retrieval and record keeping.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data trends for better service delivery.
  • Support clerical tasks such as filing, data collection, and administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes like order processing and data management.
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills by navigating multiple software platforms efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven clerical or office experience with a focus on customer service or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with pivot tables is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and transcription tasks.
  • Experience working with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Basic math skills for order processing, invoicing, or billing tasks.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or office environment is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality.
