Overview

Grazie Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the beverage operations of our flagship location at Midtown Center, which includes Grazie Nonna and Grazie Mille. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires extensive knowledge of Italian American cuisine, beverages and traditions, inventory control, and staff management to ensure an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food & beverage quality and hospitality.
  • Supervise and train staff in best-in-class hospitality practices.
  • Oversee beverage ordering protocols and inventory management.
  • Maintain and develop systems for efficient product management.
  • Ensure restaurant performs to budgeted levels in liquor, beer and wine costs.
  • Foster a positive work environment through energetic team management and leadership.
  • Lead training for new bar staff and ongoing education for all front of house staff.
  • Lead all aspects of dining room service, assisting all positions to provide exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong knowledge of upscale restaurant operations and expectations.
  • Dynamic leadership skills with a focus on beverage management and bar operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong guest service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory control and cash handling procedures.
  • The desire to show up every day for our team and our guests in such a way that makes them both glad they chose us

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
