What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Assist patients with ADL training, safety strategies, and therapeutic activities in their homes
  • Educate patients and families to promote independence and daily functioning
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, patient-centered care

What We're Looking For

  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
  • Passion for home health care and improving lives through therapy
