What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on ADLs, safety, and functional goals
  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for independent living and fall prevention
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support comprehensive patient care

What We're Looking For

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state

Reliable transportation & valid driver's license

Passion for home health care and patient-centered therapy
