STAFF ACCOUNTANT

The US operations are growing rapidly, particularly in the airport solutions space. The Dallas Fort Worth location is one of their key US hubs and offers access to a variety of exciting airport and logistics infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do
  • Manage Accounts Payable: invoice processing, vendor payments, expense tracking
  • Handle Accounts Receivable: invoicing, collections, account reconciliation
  • Prepare/post journal entries, and perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Support payroll processing and assist with month-end/year-end close
  • Maintain audit-ready financial records
  • Work with Odoo, ADP, and the MS Office Suite
  • Collaborate to streamline accounting processes

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years' experience in AR/AP and payroll
  • Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Experience with accounting systems (Odoo & ADP a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with U.S. payroll regulations
  • Italian language skills and payroll certifications (CPP or FPC) are a PLUS but not ESSENTIAL
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
