What You will Do:

  • Assist with software configuration tasks and maintain accurate project documentation across various tools.
  • Execute standard operating procedures efficiently and consistently.
  • Communicate technical requirements to clients clearly, both through documentation and real-time discussions.
  • Monitor automated credentialing processes and resolve any issues or failures.
  • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc software configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and track project progress.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to establish or update VPN connectivity.
  • Write and execute queries to generate reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal meetings and document action items, decisions, and next steps.
  • Provide technical support to customers, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows through AI or automation tools (e.g., document summarization, task routing, data parsing).
  • Stay curious about emerging AI tools and explore how they can streamline or enhance work within your role.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical or integration projects.
  • Skilled in writing and executing SQL queries.
  • Experience implementing API integrations within the healthcare domain.
  • Knowledge of HL7 ADT messaging standards.
  • Understanding of VPNs, network connectivity, and troubleshooting through queries and log analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Cloud Coach).
  • Comfortable using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific technologies) to enhance productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
