Technical Project Manager

Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of network and software deployments across our client portfolio. This role is responsible for owning the complete service delivery lifecycle from proposal to commissioning, ensuring on-budget and on-time technology delivery in modern workplace environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align internal and external stakeholders, and drive predictable, scalable, and brand-consistent deployments that reflect isofy standards of excellence and customer experience.

Key duties:
- Own the full deployment lifecycle from proposal through commissioning and handoff
- Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans across multiple departments
- Coordinate internal and external resources including field teams, ISPs, structured cabling contractors, and suppliers
- Manage internet service delivery including carriers and aggregators, ensuring circuits are ordered, validated, tested, and activated on time
- Serve as the primary client liaison for deployment progress, readiness, and milestone execution
- Ensure deployments meet brand standards, quality expectations, and timeline commitments
- Track risk, manage scope, and issue change orders as needed
- Drive pre-construction and construction coordination including low-voltage requirements, MDF/IDF readiness, and infrastructure dependencies
- Align internal milestones across procurement, engineering, software, and operations
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and reporting
- Support pre-sales engineering by defining scope, timelines, and delivery requirements
- Host client and internal project calls and drive accountable next steps
- Champion continuous improvement across deployment processes, playbooks, and tooling
- Contribute as a positive team member and help build a high-standards delivery culture
Key Qualifications:
- Proven success managing technical deployments in IT, networking, telecom, or similar industries
- Direct experience managing internet circuit delivery and carrier coordination
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and deployment dependencies
- Clear, organized, and concise communicator who takes initiative and follows through
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with precision and urgency
- Process-driven mindset with experience building repeatable delivery frameworks
- High attention to detail and commitment to documentation and communication rigor
- Comfortable interfacing with executives, landlords, construction teams, and technical stakeholders
- Creative problem solver with a get-it-done mentality and high personal accountability
Nice to Have:
- Background in managed services, SaaS-enabled service delivery, or workplace technology
- Familiarity with coworking or commercial real estate build-outs
- Experience with project management tools such as , Retool, HubSpot, or similar

Pay: $75, $85,000.00 per year
