Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Granulation Technology, Inc. – a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging company – is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our small but dynamic team.

You'll help keep our books accurate, vendors organized, and operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in ERP system (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, vendor records)
  • Track and organize purchase orders, bills, and payments
  • Assist with payroll, timesheets, and employee records
  • Prepare periodic financial summaries and support CPA reporting
  • Handle administrative tasks: data entry, document organization, scheduling, filing, phone calls
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise or Desktop (not just QuickBooks Online)
  • Strong Excel and data-entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Professional communication and reliability are essential
