Job Summary

Open Doors Coaching is helping hire a brand ambassador for Inclusion Gourmet (IG), a chocolate manufacturer in Fairfield NJ with over 30 years experience in Manufacturing chocolates. The company sells THC infused products under the brand Jersey-Canna, and is one of the first in state manufacturers opened since March 2024 for Cannabis Product Distributiuon. Currently IG has over 70 active dispensaries they are selling their products into. Website:

Duties

  • This sales position will focus on working with IG and owners, purchasing, and Budtenders.
  • Responsibilities will include contacting [existing and prospective accounts], selling, educating
  • Budtenders, doing store pop-ups, and forecasting. The position reports to the head of IG. Work can be remote 60-70% of the time, with 1-2 visits to office per week generally required.
  • A car and travel to dispensaries is essential. Excellent shared records of each customer and prospect are essential. Multiple contacts at dispensaries are essential. Sales budget will be assigned quarterly with bonus potential above that achievement.
  • This is a great opportunity to work for a small busy company making cannabis infused chocolates
  • and related edibles for distribution in NJ. Person interested must want to work hard, communicate
  • well, and be flexible and independent. Hours are flexible but generally 9-5 timeframe with work before/after depending on the dispensary. Occasional work in delivery may be necessary. Travel for and manning 1-2 tradeshows annually is necessary.

Salary: $16-24 per hour, 20-35 hours a week. Some overtime and weekend work needed

Skills

  • 3+ years sales experience a must. Some in the NJ Cannabis market.

. 2 years working for or selling into dispensaries a must.

. Strong written and oral communication skills a must .

. Training experience preferred.. Having your own transportation a must. Reimbursement for mileage/gas .

. Attending industry events in the state .

. Ability to talk with customers and solve problems a must.

Qualifications that are a plus:

  • Bilingual Spanish and English a plus

  • Experience in the Cannabis market a strong plus.

  • Experience with Metric a plus

Other Duties:

  • Call on all customers and development multiple levels of contacts

  • Sell, train, and collect money as part of sales credit.

  • Follow up after sales deliveries, forecast future sales up to 3 months by customer.

  • Open new accounts including responsibility for negotiating IG credit terms.

  • Work with customers for special promotions & pop-ups

  • Work at pop-ups for customers.

  • Learn product and marketing story of IG. Understand the technology and science

behind the products for training and sales capability.

  • Do other work, such as deliveries, packaging, as needed (not ongoing responsibility but

as needed).

  • Answer incoming calls and direct, answer, or take messages.

· Tracking customers in database-active/not active/due to order.

  • Tracking customer orders and payments. Sales may include collections.

· Tracking customer inventory through Leaf trade or some similar program
• Prompt sales to follow up with customers on orders and payments

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
