Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our fast growing company. In this role, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves being out in the field, building relationships, and growing a profitable book of business with high commission potential.

What You'll Do

  • Visit builder, remodeler, designer, and contractor offices to introduce Distinctive Interiors' solutions.
  • Drop by active construction and development sites to meet builders, project managers and superintendents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and preconstruction teams to prepare and submit proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Connect with past clients to discuss upcoming projects and repeat opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, and design professionals.

What We're Looking For

  • You are highly motivated, results-driven and thrive in a commission-based environment where your earnings reflect your efforts and success.
  • Proven success in business development, outside sales, or relationship management, ideally in construction, building materials, or design.
  • Confident, professional, and persuasive communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined with strong follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (BuilderTrend experience is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $60, $550,000.00 per year
