Are you a highly motivated self-starter passionate about luxury hospitality and identifying prospects for future events aboard our luxury megayacht event vessels? Do you excel at forging genuine connections and identifying corporate, association, and individual high-net-worth prospects for events aboard our unique vessels? We are building a team of exceptional Outbound Sales Specialists to represent our exclusive, high-end event yachts through list building and cold calling, identifying decision-makers for future events, and obtaining their names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
The Opportunity
This is not just a job; it's a chance to immerse yourself in the world of luxury, where every interaction is polished, professional, and purpose-driven. You will be the front-line ambassador responsible for introducing our unique and extraordinary event venues to a corporate and affluent elite clientele.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on proactive outreach and meticulous data organization:
Strategic Outbound Contact: Initiate high-volume, personalized outreach (calls, emails, networking) to potential clients identified through premium channels.
Engage and Qualify: Conduct sophisticated conversations to gauge interest, understand client needs, and qualify leads based on their affinity for luxury and requirements for future event potential.
Prospect List Creation: Meticulously capture and organize prospect data following every meaningful interaction. Your key deliverable is a high-quality, actionable "Warm Prospect List."
List Requirements: This list must include the correct names, verified email addresses, phone numbers, and detailed notes on their expressed future requirements, economic viability, and interest level.
*Hand-off and Nurturing: Collaborate seamlessly with our Senior Sales/Account Management team by providing a clean, detailed list of interested prospects ready for the next stage of the sales cycle.
What We're Looking For
Proven Success: Minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound sales, business development role or sales development role, preferably within the luxury, high-end, or bespoke product sector.
Exceptional Communication: Articulate, persuasive, and able to convey the value and prestige of a luxury item with confidence and finesse.
High-Touch Networking: Comfortable initiating conversations with C-suite executives, high-net-worth individuals, and industry influencers
Organizational Mastery: Highly disciplined with CRM and list management; obsessed with data accuracy and detail.
Self-Driven: A resilient hunter mentality with the drive to meet and exceed daily contact and qualification targets.
