Attila, LLC is a healthcare management firm specializing in high-impact growth strategies for healthcare organizations and wellness brands. Our current portfolio includes hospitals, a luxury wellness gym, laboratories, and an orthopedic practice. We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our brand reach, increase client engagement, and support select operational initiatives.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving growth across multiple healthcare and wellness service lines. This person will focus on developing referral relationships, executing marketing campaigns, supporting day-to-day operations at the luxury wellness gym, and assisting with brand-building initiatives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in dynamic healthcare and wellness environments—including weekend work for operational coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage referral relationships with physicians, wellness professionals, and community partners.

· Represent the gym, lab, and orthopedic practice in the community to increase brand visibility and client acquisition.

· Execute and support marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, events, and outreach programs.

· Assist with gym operations, including membership engagement, event coordination, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

· Track performance metrics, outreach activity, and lead generation results.

· Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and implement business strategies.

· Attend and assist with special events, open houses, and community wellness initiatives (including some weekends).

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales—preferably in healthcare, fitness, or wellness.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

· Willingness to work weekends for events or operational needs.
