As a
Marketing & Event Management Trainee
, you'll play an essential role in executing interactive marketing campaigns and creating memorable customer experiences. This position offers paid, hands-on training, personalized mentorship, and unlimited growth potential for individuals who are ready to learn and lead.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the setup and coordination of promotional events across the Greenbelt and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to develop creative outreach strategies that connect customers with our partner brands.
  • Represent our clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.
  • Support and train newer team members during marketing activations.
  • Execute in-store and community-based marketing initiatives designed to drive engagement and sales.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be local to the Greenbelt, MD area and have reliable daily transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full-time availability preferred (seasonal positions may be available).
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Professional demeanor, outgoing personality, and desire to grow within the company.
