Overview

Classic Refrigeration is a nationally recognized leader in designing, constructing, and maintaining cold storage, food processing, industrial refrigeration facilities, and supermarkets. We are expanding our Industrial Refrigeration sales force and are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to lead business development efforts across the Eastern and Central regions of the country. This is a unique opportunity to represent a company with a strong reputation, a trusted name, and robust operational capabilities in cold storage construction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new cold storage and industrial Refrigeration construction opportunities within the Eastern U.S.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and consultative selling to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, developers, general contractors, engineers, and industry consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal estimating, project management, and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in cold storage construction and Refrigeration.
  • Represent Classic Refrigeration as needed at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Leverage your existing network to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on cold storage, industrial Refrigeration, or temperature-controlled facilities.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of Refrigeration systems and cold storage facility design.
  • An established network within the cold storage industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote role.
  • Willingness to travel as needed throughout your particular assigned region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95, $106,316.00 per year
