What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll:

  • Convert inbound leads into happy customers.
  • Proactively assist and expand existing accounts.
  • Drive renewals of annual plans.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand customer usage.
  • Build trust and loyalty by understanding customer needs, answering questions, demonstrating products, and sharing best practices.
  • Implement and follow structured sales and account management processes.
  • Meet performance metrics and goals set by management.

What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions (a plus).
  • A four-year college degree (a plus).
  • Exceptional phone and email communication skills.
  • Integrity, energy, and a genuine desire to understand and solve customer challenges.
