What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you'll:
- Convert inbound leads into happy customers.
- Proactively assist and expand existing accounts.
- Drive renewals of annual plans.
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand customer usage.
- Build trust and loyalty by understanding customer needs, answering questions, demonstrating products, and sharing best practices.
- Implement and follow structured sales and account management processes.
- Meet performance metrics and goals set by management.
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM solutions (a plus).
- A four-year college degree (a plus).
- Exceptional phone and email communication skills.
- Integrity, energy, and a genuine desire to understand and solve customer challenges.
