Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to leverage technology and CRM software to drive sales success. This new position could be part-time or full-time, and compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
- Manage existing accounts while building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software for effective territory management and sales tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while upselling additional products or services as appropriate.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on B2B environments.
- Strong background in account management, territory management, and direct sales.
- Familiarity with technology sales, including technical products or services.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop actionable insights.
- Experience in lead generation techniques, including cold calling strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
