- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in commercial property, construction, or related industries

Sales Team Development
- Build and train a team aligned with our detail-oriented, process-driven culture
- Implement standardized sales processes and KPIs
- Create vertical expertise within the team
Brand Establishment
- Position the company as the premier commercial restoration partner in Nashville
- Establish presence in key industry associations (BOMA, IREM)
- Drive community visibility and relationship building
THE NUTS & BOLTS:
- Base salary: $85,000-$95,000
- Uncapped commission structure and quarterly bonus program
- First-year OTE potential: $140,000-$160,000

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As Sales Leader, you'll be responsible for:
Market Strategy & Development
- Design and execute vertical-specific strategies for healthcare, hospitality, and commercial property management
- Create and implement Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and pre-loss agreements
- Develop strategic partnerships with commercial insurance brokers, property managers, and key referral partners
- Drive market presence through active participation in BOMA, IREM, and other industry associations
Team Leadership & Growth
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Create vertical expertise within the team
- Implement standardized sales processes and KPIs
- Drive accountability and results through data-driven decision making
- Align sales strategies with operational capabilities
Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic account development
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of sales team leadership
- Experience selling to commercial property managers, healthcare facilities, or hospitality venues
- Strong understanding of the Nashville market and its key players
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree preferred
