We're on the hunt for an Outside Sales Consultant to join our Nashville team. This role is all about helping local businesses in Nashville grow with the right digital marketing tools. Think websites, SEO, Google Ads, social ads—the stuff that helps businesses get found and win new customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Finding and connecting with local businesses that could benefit from our digital marketing services.
  • Setting up meetings through cold calls, networking, and community outreach.
  • Learning about each client's business, competition, and goals to recommend the best solutions.
  • Managing your sales pipeline and keeping everything updated in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Hitting sales targets and celebrating wins with your team.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience (outside sales is a bonus, but not required if you've got drive).
  • Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and starting conversations with new people.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
  • Eager to develop skills and grow with our team.

Pay & Perks

  • Compensation: $32,000 – $92,143 per year (base salary + commission + bonuses, no cap)
