Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Inventory Manager to fulfill all weekly orders within a timely manner.
- Physically pull product for orders
- Ensure all paperwork is included in the orders (Test results, manifests, marketing materials, etc.)
- Package and crate up all orders.
- Fill out the Leaflink invoice with the needed information.
- Create Metrc tags and build manifests.
Coordinate with Inventory Manager and Wholesale Rep to be the point of contact for incoming and outgoing hubbing orders.
- Receiving and creating manifests within Metrc
- Maintaining all orders in an organized way to ensure no mistakes.
Cash Management
- Logging data into cash log
- Dropping cash into safe
Coordinating with Inventory Manager to assist with all inventory audits.
- Counting and recording inventory.
- Assisting other departments as needed
Packaging out of bulk flower
- Bucking flower off of stems and recording weights
- Weighing out and packaging bulk units of wholesale flower and recording on internal tracking sheets
Manage Test results
- Print out and file test results for all finished products
Organizing and cleaning
- Weekly workspace deep clean
- As needed, product organization update
- Assist with any production work such as but not limited to: Packaging
- Labeling
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to follow detailed instructions and capable of performing repetitive tasks.
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
- Willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment in a safe manner.
- Able to follow directions.
- Must have effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to accept constructive criticism.
- Ability to sit and stand for at least 8 hours per day.
- Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Food Handlers Card

- ·Travel: Must be willing and available to travel to Juneau to support delivery and expedite wholesale order fulfillment. Travel is coordinated in advance and may require overnight stays. All travel costs are covered by the company.
Physical and Mental Demands:
The employee must occasionally move packages weighing over 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual, with or without reasonable accommodation, to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
