Tutto Mare is a new fine dining, Southern Italian restaurant located in the iconic Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach. Part of the acclaimed Tutto il Giorno restaurant group, Tutto Mare brings the elegance, warmth, and convivial spirit of Italian coastal dining to South Florida's most refined community. Our menu highlights pristine seafood, handmade pastas, and classic Italian dishes crafted with contemporary flair — all served in a stunning waterfront-inspired setting.

We are seeking experienced fine dining servers to join our opening team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience consistent with Tutto's signature style and hospitality.

Position Summary

As a Fine Dining Server at Tutto Mare, you will play a central role in creating a warm, welcoming, and elevated guest experience. Ideal candidates are polished, poised, and deeply knowledgeable about food, wine, and service. You must thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining grace and professionalism at all times.

You'll be part of a passionate team that values attention to detail, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide refined, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests throughout their dining experience
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, daily specials, and wine list, including ingredients, sourcing, and pairings
  • Deliver precise and efficient service in accordance with Tutto Mare's fine dining standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to create memorable experiences
  • Maintain table settings, service stations, and sidework areas in pristine condition
  • Communicate effectively with hosts, managers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-driven mindset
  • Uphold all company policies regarding appearance, grooming, and professional conduct

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and Italian cuisine preferred
  • Professional, articulate, and polished demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast or similar) a plus
  • Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
