Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server.

Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly to enhance guest relations.
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
  • Process cash handling transactions accurately, including handling tips and payments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours, demonstrating strong teamwork in a nightclub or fine dining setting.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations while maintaining a hospitable atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
