Sales & Recruiting Manager

Salt Lake City, UT – In-Office

$90K/year (DOE)

As a Sales and Recruiting Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing Sales and Recruiting team, drive results through effective problem-solving, and manage key business operations. You'll balance the needs of clients and employees while fostering a collaborative, engaging, and results-driven culture.

Responsibilities
:

  • Lead from the front.
    Work closely with the Sales & Recruiting Team on a daily basis, modeling supportive, people-centered leadership and a coaching mindset to support individual and team success.
  • Drive performance.
    Execute the strategic plan, oversee divisional metrics, and partner with team members to consistently deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Learn the business.
    Develop a strong understanding of operations by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and learning directly from your team.
  • Develop others.
    Bring an owner's mindset and natural leadership ability, contributing value immediately while mentoring and developing team members.

Experience requirements
:

  • Minimum of 5 years of staffing experience (blue-collar preferred) and at least 2+ years of experience managing teams (10+) of recruiters and/or inside sales professionals.
  • Possess an understanding of gross margins and metrics.
  • Strategic in your ability to drive and mento a sales team.
  • Have ability to collaborate with other Sales managers on pursuing any new leads.
