This role is pivotal to the success of AT&T Business as we move rapidly to drive technology adoption, and lead the enterprise market towards a future powered by Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic solutions. You will serve as an AI Evangelist, responsible for communicating complex concepts, developing engaging content, and delivering impactful presentations to executive leadership, business partners, vendors, and external clients.

What you'll do

• AI & Agentic Technology Adoption: Steer the collective organization toward adopting GenAI and agentic solutions. Serve as a thought leader and change agent, championing best practices and innovative use cases across the business.

• Content Creation & Education: Develop high-quality presentations, demos, training materials, and thought leadership assets for both technical and non-technical audiences. Deliver compelling internal and external presentations that drive understanding and excitement around AI initiatives.

• Change Enablement: Design and execute multi-channel communication strategies to facilitate seamless adoption of new technologies and workflows. Address barriers to change with empathy, clarity, and actionable guidance.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business owners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to define success criteria and adoption metrics. Maintain transparent, two-way communication throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of communications and adoption strategies; iterate and refine approaches for maximum impact.

• Content Creation & Communication: Responsible for developing impactful content including presentations, videos, etc. and managing the Business AI Insights Site, Corbin's Corner Content, and daily communications

• Vendor Vetting & Partnership: Lead comprehensive vendor assessments to ensure alignment with AT&T's strategic goals and technical standards. Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, contributing to sound technology decisions.

What you'll need

• Exceptionally organized, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A prolific educator and engaging speaker with a talent for simplifying complex technical topics.

• Experienced in creating content that resonates with diverse audiences, from executives to end users.

• Passionate about AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to lead others on the journey to adoption.

• Analytical, strategic, and comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity and change.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of relevant experience; certifications in AI, automation, or change management are a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, technology adoption, and leading enterprise-scale initiatives.

Our Principal Tech Business Management - AI Evangelist, earns between $130,700 - $196,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
