  • Preparation of documents and correspondence with Microsoft Office Suite, including:

o Outlook – managing email, scheduling meetings, and calendar coordination.

o Word – creating, formatting, and proofreading documents and reports.

o Excel – entering and updating data, using basic formulas, creating simple tables and charts.

o PowerPoint – creating and editing professional slide presentations.

o Teams – scheduling virtual meetings, managing chats, and participating in team collaboration.

o OneNote – organizing meeting notes and shared team content.

o SharePoint – basic file management and document collaboration (upload/download, versioning).

  • Strong typing skills and high attention to detail.

Job Description

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
  • Familiarity with document templates and style guides in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable learning new software tools for office productivity or communication.
  • Exposure to task tracking tools like Microsoft To Do or Planner.
  • Basic understanding of file structures and digital document organization.
