The Role

DK Law is seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to support our fast-growing marketing team across brand, content, and field marketing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth, day-to-day workflow for the entire marketing department by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

What You Will Do
  • Manage and update marketing-related accounts and platforms
  • Support the visual media team, including basic equipment management and coordination
  • Coordinate swag and print production, including purchasing, vendor communication, and inventory tracking
  • Assist with scheduling external contractors and managing invoices and payment processes
  • Process marketing project expenses and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Manage office supplies and purchase necessary items for the marketing team
  • Provide on-site support for internal and external events, including setup, breakdown, and logistics
  • Be available to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support campaigns and events
