Bilingual Administrative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support daily office operations, member communications, and event coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating engaging content, and helping an organization grow through effective communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including answering calls, responding to emails, scheduling, and maintaining files
- Assist with planning and coordinating community events, workshops, and meetings
- Manage and update social media platforms, website content, and email newsletters
- Create flyers, announcements, and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe
- Communicate effectively with members, clients, and partners in both English and Spanish
- Maintain databases and assist with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Support office projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – required
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support, marketing, or communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Experience
- Experience in event coordination or community outreach
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and content planning
