Executive Administrative Assistant – Global
Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support three
Senior Directors within Emerson's Test & Measurement Business Group:
- Senior Director, Global Supply Chain
- Senior Director, Global Analytics
- Senior Director, Global Quality
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and
meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to three Senior Directors in Global Operations.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Drive efficient strategies and procedures to optimize executive workflows.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate and prioritize global team events and meetings.
- Proactively organize tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Maintain and improve administrative processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a global organization.
- Proficiency in collaborative tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask.
- Experience in global operations or international business environments.

Preferred:
