The Role

We're looking for a driven, consultative B2B Sales Representative to help expand our client base across the U.S. You'll be responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing new accounts, primarily targeting insurance agents and other small business owners.

This is a relationship-focused sales role — not just transactions. You'll educate prospects on our systems, walk them through campaign options, and help tailor mailer strategies that fit their growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Present campaign options, pricing tiers, and ROI expectations clearly and confidently.
  • Manage a sales pipeline from first contact through onboarding and initial campaign launch.
  • Follow up consistently using CRM
  • Collaborate with our creative and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve campaigns, scripts, and materials.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B or agency sales experience (marketing, advertising, SaaS, or related).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable selling to business owners (insurance agents, advisors, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and organized — thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, and lead automation tools
