About the Role
As the B2B Customer Service Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team that supports our business customers every day. You'll make sure orders run smoothly, questions get answered quickly, and every client feels valued. This role also works closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure customers receive the reliable, responsive service ASD Lighting is known for.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support the customer service team to achieve great results.
- Oversee order processing, customer communication, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales reps, and manufacturing partners.
- Track service performance and identify ways to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Guide the team in assisting the sales department through data insights and proactive outreach.
- Monitor customer trends and behavior to spot new opportunities or challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure seamless coordination.
- Create and update procedures and best practices to keep service consistent and effective.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B customer service or account management experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things organized.
- Experience working with CRM systems and analyzing reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
