Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners, boutiques, and event vendors.
  • Drive product sales through both in-person and digital channels.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations that communicate the story, comfort, and quality behind each piece.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities — including pop-up shops, festivals, and collaborations.
  • Manage sales leads, order tracking, and follow-ups with attention to detail.
  • Represent the brand at community, fashion, or cultural events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the creative and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and social outreach.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales or brand-ambassador experience (apparel, lifestyle, or retail preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, meet goals, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for cultural expression, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel to client meetings and events.
