We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial and Residential Pest Control Sales professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts within both commercial and residential sectors. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts within assigned territories.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and residential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and technical support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on pest control solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Develop strategic account management plans to foster long-term relationships, upsell services, and increase market share.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to close sales agreements that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
  • Coordinate with management on territory planning, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Perform territory management by planning routes efficiently, scheduling appointments proactively, and maintaining consistent client contact.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to ensure client retention and address any concerns promptly.
  • Conduct product demos demonstrating pest control technology solutions, emphasizing features that align with client requirements.
  • Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales activities targeting property managers, business owners, and retail establishments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in training new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM utilization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within pest control or related industries such as technology sales or retail.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory operations effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and account management strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software platforms like Salesforce or similar tools for tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to conduct technical product demos confidently while translating complex solutions into understandable benefits.
  • Proficiency in territory management, cold calling, inside sales, and direct sales techniques.
  • Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Effective communication skills suited for diverse audiences across different regions globally.
  • Knowledge of pest control products or related technical solutions is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
