Tenant Services Coordinator

Statewide Enterprises is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Tenant Services Coordinator to join our Property Management team in Los Angeles City. This individual will provide outstanding customer service to our residents through phone and email communication, while offering administrative support for rental increases, tenant insurance updates, and related compliance documentation.
This position is office-based and does not involve in-person tenant interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries via phone and email, addressing maintenance requests, complaints, and general questions in a professional and timely manner.
Provide administrative support for processing rental increases for Resident Managers to post, track completion and proof of service, upload required documents to applicable government agencies, and manage tenant insurance records with accuracy and timely communication.
Update and maintain resident files, including rental insurance documentation, contact details, and lease information.
Submit required documents to the city housing authorities or government agencies as needed.
Track and manage tenant-related documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Coordinate with Regional Managers and site teams to ensure accurate communication and timely resolution of tenant concerns.
Support annual reporting, agency audits, and documentation requests from compliance departments or government agencies.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all resident communications.
Assist with special projects, correspondence, and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in property management, tenant services, or a related administrative customer service role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
