Title: Manager of Business Development & Partner Success

The Business Development & Partner Success leader is responsible for managing ACHS relationships with partner health centers, supporting the growth of chiropractic programs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across existing and new sites. This role focuses on new business development, account management, customer success, relationship management, and operational coordination — particularly within large healthcare systems and FQHCs.

This is a highly relational, forward-facing position for someone who enjoys networking, problem-solving, and helping partners build successful programs.

Compensation

Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000/yr (depending on experience)

Bonus: Performance-based bonuses-uncapped

Core Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Growth

  • Identify, cultivate, and develop new business opportunities with FQHCs, community health centers, and large healthcare systems.
  • Conduct outreach, networking, and relationship-building to expand ACHS's regional footprint.
  • Represent ACHS at industry conferences, consortium events, and professional gatherings.
  • Support the CEO in preparing presentations, proposals, and partnership materials.
  • Monitor market trends related to chiropractic integration and non-opioid MSK care.

2. Account Management & Partner Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner health centers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure partner satisfaction, operational alignment, and service excellence.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clinic executives, medical directors, operational teams, and support staff.
  • Track performance trends and communicate findings internally.
  • Ensure timely follow-through on partner needs and requests.

3. Implementation & Operations Coordination

  • Support onboarding of new clinic locations, including workflows, scheduling systems, and communication pathways.
  • Coordinate with ACHS providers and staff to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Assist with credentialing, provider onboarding, and administrative setup as needed.
  • Maintain documentation, processes, and standardized workflows.

4. Relationship Management & Networking

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships within the FQHC and community health ecosystem.
  • Represent ACHS professionally in meetings with clinicians, executives, and industry leaders.
  • Attend seminars, webinars, and conferences to identify opportunities and elevate ACHS visibility.

5. Marketing & Communications Support

  • Assist in creating presentations, collateral, outreach materials, and partner communications-maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Support marketing campaigns and clinic-awareness initiatives.

6. Internal Collaboration & Team Support

  • Participate in internal team meetings to share partner insights and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with staff training related to scheduling workflows, communication best practices, and customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented company culture and be the daily point of contact for our staff chiropractors.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in business development, account management, customer success, provider relations, or healthcare partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate large healthcare systems and establish trust with executives and clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Professional, polished presence.

Preferred:

  • Experience with FQHCs or community health centers.
  • Understanding of integrated care models, PPS billing, or ancillary service workflows.
  • Familiarity with chiropractic, MSK, behavioral health, pain management.
  • Experience supporting provider onboarding or clinic operations.

  • Growth in new partnerships and expanded clinic footprint.

Position Structure

Reports to: CEO

Travel: 10% to partner sites and conferences

Location: Hybrid/remote with regional travel

Pay: $100, $130,000.00 per year
