Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. Must be able to travel the Texas region weekly .The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will utilize tools and equipment effectively, including laser levels, to ensure precise installations. Traveling within Texas region with per diem.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Experience

  • Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with using an measuring tape and other relevant tools is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for client interactions.
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is crucial for success in this role.
