The Role

We're looking for a Business Development & Account Representative to support key customer accounts in managing their inventory of industrial equipment and listing assets for sale. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll visit local equipment yards, onboard new customers, and support clients in cataloguing their inventory and listing items for sale on the Resin8 platform.

This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in the industrial sector by working directly with equipment, suppliers, and field operations. You'll learn how industrial assets are traded, gain exposure to a wide range of equipment categories, and develop an understanding of how technology is modernizing this space.

For motivated individuals, it's also a chance to build business development skills, interface directly with customers, and develop relationships in the industrial ecosystem that can serve as a foundation for a long-term career in energy, infrastructure, or technology.

Responsibilities

· Visit customer yards and supplier sites across the Midland-Odessa to onboard new customers and support existing clients.

· Support users as they catalogue and sell equipment using Resin8's digital tools and AI-assisted forms, ensuring listings meet Resin8's quality standards for completeness and accuracy

· Document available equipment by capturing clear, professional-quality photos and gather essential details such as model, dimensions, and condition.

· Support yard managers and equipment vendors in managing large inventories of complex, high-value equipment.

· Identify opportunities to onboard new sellers and equipment yards to the platform.

· Strong commitment to safety and accident prevention. Resin8 is committed to 0 SIF incidents through continuous improvement and a safety-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows. Ability to develop and execute sales and customer success playbooks.

· Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

· Professional communication and ability to represent Resin8 positively with vendors.

· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for site visits.

· Basic photography or content capture skills (smartphone or camera).

· Able to lift and move heavy objects and equipment up to 50lbs.

· Fluency with mobile apps and web-based tools.

· Bonus: background or interest in industrial equipment, energy, construction, or mechanical trades and/or demonstrated success in a sales or customer support role.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with pay tied directly to customer success metrics. Bonuses will be awarded for high-volume output and for onboarding new sellers to the platform. Top-performers will be offered ongoing work, expanded responsibilities, or permanent roles as Resin8 continues to grow.
