About the Role

We're searching for a
Sales Operations Manager
to support a rapidly expanding FinTech SaaS sales organization. You'll be the strategic backbone of the commercial function—streamlining processes, optimizing systems, enabling reps, and guiding revenue leadership with accurate data and forecasting.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with high visibility and huge impact on how the company scales.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms)
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and KPIs that provide actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline analysis, and territory planning
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to refine go-to-market strategy
  • Improve sales processes—qualification, handoffs, workflows, SLAs, and pipeline hygiene
  • Support onboarding and enablement for new reps with tools, data, and best practices
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive improvements across the revenue engine
  • Support pricing, deal structuring, and sales governance activities

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8+ years in
    Sales Operations
    ,
    Revenue Operations
    , or
    Business Operations
    within a SaaS or FinTech environment
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and familiarity with sales automation and analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from large data sets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales funnels, pipeline metrics, and recurring revenue models
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting a high-velocity sales team
