transforming how the
private markets
operate — from fund accounting and investor reporting to performance analytics and data-driven decision-making.

They're expanding rapidly across North America and are looking for an experienced
Solutions Consultant
to join their team in New York.


The Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between technology and client outcomes — working closely with sales, product, and client success teams to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

You'll be part of a global, fast-paced environment where innovation meets institutional-grade discipline.

You will:

  • Partner with sales teams to lead client demos and solution design sessions.
  • Understand complex fund structures, reporting workflows, and investor data models.
  • Map client requirements to platform capabilities and build tailored configurations.
  • Support RFPs and business cases, demonstrating the platform's value to CFOs, COOs, and investment operations teams.
  • Provide thought leadership around private market technology trends.


What You'll Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in
    financial technology, fund administration, or private markets
    (PE, VC, credit, or real assets).
  • Strong background in
    solution consulting, presales, or implementation
    for enterprise SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging
    C-level stakeholders
    (CFOs, COOs, Heads of Investor Relations).
  • A consultative mindset — able to understand business goals and translate them into actionable product solutions.
  • A passion for innovation and helping financial institutions embrace smarter, digital workflows.
