Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Experience in clinic, reception, or guest relations is highly valued.

The Guest Service Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction and upholding the high standards of our resort or hotel.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures in a courteous manner
  • Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Handle appointments, cancellations, and modifications using clinic management software
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address guest needs
  • Provide information about clinic services and procedures.
  • Coordinate with staff and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions for reporting purposes
  • Assist with night audit procedures as needed, ensuring financial accuracy and security
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of the office to reflect professional standards

Requirements

  • Customer service, front desk operations and guest services are a valued but not require.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • General technical and computer skills needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturday, in a moderate-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong phone etiquette skills
  • Multitasking ability while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 37 per week
