What is Required?

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 years of experience in customer service, administrative and supervision
  • 1-year minimum experience scheduling, staffing or dispatching
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver, detail oriented, and able to work independently

You will report to the Client Care Manager.
