Position Overview:

Assists in the implementation and management of the Agency computer network system that supports program and individual departmental operations of the agency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Maintain and build technical documentation and manuals
  • Maintain network security through updates, patches, and network security permissions
  • Perform system monitoring to improve network performance and to ensure system architecture components work together.
  • Manage Active Directory and Azure
  • Keep Server Based Applications up to date

Required Education and Experience:

  • Associates Degree in Information Technology field.
  • Required skills include advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Networking (TCP/IP), Microsoft Office 365, Active Director, Azure, Exchange Server Administration, Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, and VOIP telephony technologies, routers, switches, firewall(s).
  • Minimum of five years' experience troubleshooting and working with networks Operating Systems.
