What you'll do

  • Develop customized fitness programs based on individual assessments and client goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions that motivate and challenge clients.
  • Lead engaging group fitness classes that promote teamwork and camaraderie.
  • Teach essential principles of physical education, ensuring clients understand proper techniques.
  • Utilize your knowledge of sports coaching to enhance client performance and skill development.
  • Provide ongoing support and accountability to help clients stay on track with their fitness journeys.
  • Promote health club services and programs through effective fitness sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, attendance, and program adjustments.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics.
  • Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education.
  • Experience in fitness sales or health club operations.
  • Certification from a recognized organization in personal training.
