We're a fast-growing California law firm, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated probate attorney to lead our probate team and help shape the future of our firm.

Headquartered in sunny San Diego, we're a team of 10 attorneys working across probate, estate planning, and litigation. Our probate group is already thriving — you would be supervising another attorney and 6 incredible paralegals — and we're ready for a strong leader to take it to the next level.

We run a fast-paced, team-oriented, and forward-thinking practice. No outdated hierarchies or red tape here — just talented people doing great work for clients across California.

Compensation:

$125,000+ yearly depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow our probate team.
  • Manage a caseload across multiple California counties.
  • Streamline systems and workflows so our team runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Collaborate with other practice leads to deliver full-service solutions.
  • Handle probate proceedings and related estate matters with confidence and care.

Qualifications:

  • You're a California-licensed attorney (in good standing).
  • You've got 3+ years of probate experience, ideally across several counties.
  • You know the probate process inside out — and can guide others through it.
  • You're organized, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.
  • You're a natural leader who wants to build something, not just maintain it.
