Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and revenue generation. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, pipeline development, and forecast revenue
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products/services and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates with a strong track record in business development and relevant industry experience will also be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Able to travel domestic and international
  • Experience in IPC and Embedded Computer Hardware industry preferred
