Core Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods like cold calling, networking, or email marketing.

  2. Presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting benefits and addressing their concerns.

  3. Understanding customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable products or services.

  4. Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers to secure sales target.

  5. Be familiar with company policy, rules to work with supportive team in dealing with customer inquiries.

  6. guide order processing, ensuring timely delivery of products or services, and following up on customer satisfaction.

  7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  8. Timely addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support.

  10. Maintain an active business development plan and update as marketing/product change.

  11. Ensure decent and attractive company image at all times.

  • 3 – 5 years + experience in similar product business
