Looking for a self-motivated Office Administrator with sales and marketing experience to run our family service-oriented sports business. You must have strong business and organizational skills and also be customer service friendly as you would be the front-face of our business. The ideal candidate would have experience in gymnastics and/or martial arts but more importantly, a growth mindset for learning all aspects of the business. You must be a team-oriented individual

A creative flair is important as you would help create some of the social media ads and website information as well as help develop a fun atmosphere as guests walk in. Some evenings and weekends will be required but very flexible. Billing clients and working with our class management system (I Class Pro) along with WIX, Canva, Excel, Microsoft Office and Google are required. We are willing to train on anything needed.

We are a Christian, all-inclusive, 23-year business in the Cool Springs (Williamson County) TN area. Lots of perks with this position don't fit the normal 9-5 scenario like paid vacation to start with a total of 5 weeks with tenure. Also, your family becomes part of ours, so classes and parties are part of the package You will be working directly with the CEO and have a voice in procedures as we encourage collaboration and collective input to drive our decisions.

  • Time Frame: As soon as possible.
  • Pay: Salary 47k to start for qualified applicant.
  • Job Type: Full Time Salaried (we encourage a 40-hour work week always).
  • Schedule: 8 hr. shifts, some weekends.
  • Education: College Graduate preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience: Microsoft Office, Google, Canva, WIX, Word, Excel, Social Media outlets for posting.
