Life Enrichment Director Position Summary

As the Life Enrichment Director at Franklin Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

  • Plan the daily activities for each month in accordance with guidelines and resident needs.
  • Ensure residents are offered cognitive, recreational, and ADL activities.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for overseeing Resident Council and documenting meeting minutes, attendance, and any concerns expressed.
  • Oversee the community's volunteer program as well as monitor the schedule and services provided by the Beauty Shop Operators.
  • Carries out other duties as assigned by the Administrator and/or regional team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Life Enrichment Director Requirements

  • Current Life Enrichment Certification preferred
  • Experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years
