About the Role:
We deliver life-enhancing healthcare services to vulnerable seniors through our innovative PACE model, serving as both provider and health plan. As a Healthcare Sales Specialist (Outreach Specialist), you'll help seniors access the care they need to live safely at home by building community connections, generating quality referrals, and guiding participants through enrollment.

- Relationship-focused – Build lasting trust with seniors, caregivers, and partners, not one-time sales.
- Community-based – Engage in outreach events and local partnerships instead of cold calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute community outreach and engagement activities
- Partner with local organizations to identify and qualify potential participants
- Build and maintain relationships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, churches, and nonprofits
- Develop monthly marketing and outreach plans to achieve enrollment targets
- Educate community partners on PACE services and program benefits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Must complete DHCS marketing training and exam within 30 days of hire
- Minimum 1 year in sales/marketing, preferably in healthcare or senior services
- Experience with CRM and healthcare systems (e.g., Salesforce, Athena)
- Outside sales experience highly valued
- Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
