Role Overview:
Lead Onshore Full-Stack Developer
Responsibilities:
- Lead, Oversee and manage the offshore development team, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality code delivery.
- Assess, Evaluate and Hire new offshore team members to build and maintain a strong technical workforce.
- Actively contribute to development efforts while leading by example in coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and performance.
- Monitor and track progress, ensuring offshore deliverables are on time
- Ensure technical alignment of offshore development efforts with overall team and architecture
Must-Have Skills:
- 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Strong expertise in for front-end development and Java Spring Boot for back-end services.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud computing, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) expertise, ensuring robust and maintainable code.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Leadership abilities with experience managing remote or offshore teams.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered coding assistants.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application development, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Background in healthcare pricing systems or related domain expertise.
